Opening Reception on Saturday, April 13th from 5:00-8:00pm. Free to the public.

Exhibit by artist Rena Ivy showcasing the beauty in simple moments, and likewise the aching in the artist’s heart to capture these moments. Each painting is a vignette, diving into the daily renewal we find in sunlight and nature all around us. A select few paintings touch on the surreal, illustrating the connection between interior environments and nature. Painted with vivid colors and paired with various poems throughout.

Artist Bio
Rena Ivy is a self taught artist who has been actively developing her craft for about 4 years, and has written lyrics and poetry as long as she can remember. She paints mainly in oils and watercolors, mostly dealing in the subjects of nature and dainty found objects. Her passion for art stems from an insatiable interest in expressing appreciation for the beautiful things that accompany the human experience, whether physical or emotional.
