The Garden will include a large body of watercolor paintings and animal sculptures. After spending time in California studying oil painting artist Joseph Leonard had the desire to step back from training. The highly technical, representational training had distorted hi opinions around what is “acceptable” for art making. This body of work was an attempt to rediscover the joy of art making.
